Dear Athena,
My Father We can call “Shaun”. He wants what is best for me, by marrying “Derek”. My father has always loved me and taken care of me, and I feel as if I NEED to do this by repaying him. My head tells me marry “Derek” but my heart tells me I that I NEED to be with “sander”.
I truly love this man we shall call “sander”. He is my one and only love. I would do anything to be with “sander”, but he is not rich or someone who has ways of getting what they want. But “Derek” on the other hand is rich and powerful. I don’t care about power and wealth. I just want to be happy. “Theodore” has given me two options death, or lifelong imprisonment in a nunnery.
Athena, please help me. I beg of you. I don’t know what to do anymore. I need guidance in this decision because if not, I feel as if I will make the wrong decision and regret it after.

If you do not care about wealth and power then obviously sander is the one for you. and if you choose sander after you and him marry you can beet derek with your powerful 'axe' and make sure no one knows your the one who did it.:) do what you think is best for your heart:)

ReplyDeleteI see what your problem is here? i think that you should just do what your heart says and not listen to your dad even though he only wants wants what is best for you. it is not his decision it is yours. I think that you should follow your heart and no matter what your decisions is i bet you your dad will be there for you. choose your decisions widley.:)

ReplyDeleteI would go for the one you like the most, and if you have to become a nun, then runaway. If you get the death sentence. Fake your death, then you can runaway with your love and live happily ever after. Its not your fathers life it's yours you should live your life like you want to and not live up to what he wanted. He's trying to do whats right for you.

If your father really loved you, he would let you marry who you want to marry. Derek has your fathers love. NOT yours. Sander obviously does. I personally would talk to Theodore and tell him how you feel. Also your father. Maybe if they really knew all this ^^ they would understand and let you do what you desire. Talk to them, it's the best thing for you at this point.
